DCAC is the Washington D.C. area's premier USMS team. We are LGBTQ+based and welcome everyone, from those just getting their feet wet to expert swimmers - anyone with an interest in the fitness, health and wellness, social and competitive aspects of adult swimming. No waiting list - Join us!

How to Join

2023 USMS, DPR RecTrac & DCAC Pool Dues

USMS membership 

$70 per calendar year

DPR RecTrac Fees 

$50 per calendar year for D.C. residents

$62.50 per calendar year for D.C. nonresidents

DCAC Pool dues 

Annually $300

Quarterly $90

Monthly $35

Ten Pak $100 for 10 swims*

USMS registration fees and DPR RecTrac fees still apply. 
*10paks are only valid for the calendar year in which they are purchased


Open Water Swimming

We have a group of swimmers who train in the South River or Rhode River four days per week. The swims are not DCAC-sanctioned and all are welcome to attend. For more information email competition@swimdcac.org.
