We are excited to host our 33rd annual Maryland Swim for Life event in a new location this year –  in National Harbor, MD!

This year we will be offering two swim distances: 2.5k and 5k.


TENTATIVE SCHEDULE:

7:15 – 8:15 am Registration and Check-In/Breakfast Available
8:00 am Volunteer Safety Briefing
8:25 am Swimmer Safety Briefing
8:45 am Start for 5k Swimmers
9:00 am Start for 2.5k Swimmers
10:30 am Swim Cut Off
10:45 am Celebration and Awards Ceremony
