6. Tell us a little bit about your aquatics/sports background?
Competitive swimming since age of 6 . Team experience includes: Country Club, USS Swimming, MARIST COLLEGE- NCAA-D1 and US Masters. I also competed in water polo in my high school-college years. Coached: Country Club, USS Swimming-Water Polo, Pool Mangement etc. Current-IGLA Co-Chairperson

7. When and why did you join DCAC (any interesting stories associated)?
2002? Summer. I was encouraged to meet another member of the team for workout. I went to workout, …. then I met someone else… the rest is history.

8. What is your favorite kind of swim set/workout and why?
Short middle distance sets, my mind wanders??? Anything Fly-Free.

9. Do you compete, if so, what competitions are you planning on participating in the next year?
Yes. I plan on going to most of the “ Focus Meets”, Gay Games-IGLA, and Nationals. Outside swimming...triathlons and marathons.

10. Do you have any swimming/sports goals for the coming year? If so, what are they?
To lose 30 lbs. … To spread the JOY of IGLA-DCAC SWIMMING TO ALL!

11. What do you love most about swimming?
Friends, Good Workout, Social, Travel…FOOD, DRINK, HUMOR, DCAC, HAINS PT. (OUTDOOR POOLS) SMELLS, Parkway Deli and ERIC.

12. What do you dislike the most about swimming?
Cold Pools, Late Workouts, Marie Reed, full body suits, being out of shape, bad snack bars at meets.
